While Meghan may be stepping away from teaching her weekly classes at FIT House, she will always be a part of our family.
We are so grateful for the energy, passion, and love she has poured into every class and every member who walked through our doors. Meghan has made such a positive impact on our community, and we know so many of you have been inspired by her encouragement, kindness, and contagious smile.

SIGNATURE YOGA CELEBRATION 🪷
This signature yoga celebration honors 10 years of teaching, evolving and growing together with Blanche and Sally. Expect a thoughtfully layered experience blending the strength and rhythm of Power Flow Yoga and the deep stillness of Yin Yoga Nidra.
