This wonderful kitty has an unusual story. Surrendered to a shelter by the " owner" the Shelter contacted me immediately to ask if I was interested? I said Yes Of course! I am a big Persian lover; they are my favorite breed. I asked if the Shelter could spay her for me. They said no, so a transporter brought her to me on day three.

When we met him, we were entirely thrilled with what a friendly, beautiful loving kitty she was. We were lucky to get a spay appointment a week later. The vet checked and found no spay scar so they made their incision to get the job done. To their surprise they found she had no appropriate equipment at all. Oops! So now Coco is known as Mr. Coco. He was evidently neutered very young since his "ball sack "was so flat and empty. They closed him up and gave me the news. He's so pretty everyone thought he was a sweet little soft girl kitty. Now we are readjusting our eyes and saying Well yes, he does look like a boy. He's still the same very affectionate confident social happy kitty he was when he arrived.

Meet Oolong – Your Sweet, Easygoing Companion

Oolong is a remarkably friendly and easygoing British Shorthair who wins over nearly everyone he meets. Visitors often comment on how unusually social and welcoming he is—he settles in comfortably with most new people almost right away and shows little shyness.

He grew up with another British Shorthair and can live happily with other cats when introductions are done thoughtfully (as long as the other cat isn’t aggressive). He’s also done well around cat-friendly dogs and has stayed with Rover sitters and friends—both with and without other pets—during longer trips, generally adjusting smoothly to new environments. His experience with young children is limited, but when around a toddler he simply moved away when he needed space and was never aggressive. Sudden loud noises or big unexpected movements can startle him, but otherwise Oolong is quite relaxed. He’s affectionate without being overly needy—he loves having people around and will often sit, purr, or nap close by while you work or go about your day.

Handling and grooming are a breeze. He enjoys being brushed, tolerates nail trims calmly, and can even take a shower if needed, then be patted dry and blow-dried on a low setting. He’s very food-motivated and already knows several tricks: sit, high five, low five, fist bump, and spin. He was also started on communication button training and would likely pick it back up easily with an interested adopter. He is leash and harness trained and curious about the outdoors but not a door-dasher. Oolong especially loves a big window where he can watch birds, people, and the world go by.

Jonesy & Ripley
Two very bonded 5-year-old orange tabby brothers who come as a pair (always)

Hi friends.
We are Jonesy and Ripley. We are brothers. We were born together and we have never, not even once, wanted to be apart. So if you want one of us… you get both of us. That’s the rule. We made it ourselves.

We are two handsome indoor orange boys who have lived a very fancy life — robot litter box, bubbling water fountain, the good food. We are not spoiled, We are just used to the nice things.
We are not lap cats. We do not need to be held all day. What we do need is a sunny window, each other, a couple of play times every day and of course a loving owner.

Ripley (the louder one):
I have the bigger meow. I will tell you when the food is getting low, when the robot box is getting full or when you went outside and left me inside (rude). I am always the first one waiting at the door when you come home. I love the tunnel. I love toys. I love the feather wand. I am also a ninja. You will fall asleep and then — surprise! — I am just there. I am an excellent nap cuddler. Super sweet and love my humans. You’re welcome.

Jonesy (the polite one):
I have a tiny, delicate little meow. I love napping more than anything. I also love tiny special routines… like three little licks of heavy cream on bake day. That is my favorite. I will play with a feather wand if you wiggle it just right. I am very lovely. The end.
