Meet Whiskey, an 8-year-old super sweet and docile Scottish Fold with beautifully folded ears, a sleek build at about 10 lbs, and mesmerizing jade green eyes.

This gentle boy is the definition of quiet charm. He’s very shy with new people and will often tuck himself away in his favorite hiding spot to observe from a distance. Once he decides you’re safe and here to stay, he’ll emerge to greet you with head kisses, gentle pats, and those soul-melting jade eyes. His meow is the tiniest, softest sound you can barely hear — true to his breed, he’s not much of a talker and prefers peaceful silence.

Whiskey adores being near his humans without needing to be on your lap. He’ll happily curl up on the bed, couch, or cat tree while you’re nearby. He’s a “Speedy Gonzalez” who can zip past your legs in a blur and occasionally sneak behind a closed door, so a home where doors are checked is ideal.
He thrives best in a quiet, calm household. He has never lived with young children, so a child-free home would suit him perfectly. He and his half-brother Diamond (born just 3 weeks apart) were bonded as kittens. While they don’t hang out as much these days, they would love to be adopted together.

Meet Diamond, a stunning 8-year-old Scottish Fold boy with a gorgeous white and silver coat and striking green eyes.

He’s the epitome of quiet elegance — docile, calm, and low-key, moving through life with a peaceful grace that makes him a true pleasure to be around. While he starts out shy with new people, once he trusts you he becomes incredibly affectionate. Diamond loves to be close, curling up beside you on the couch while you watch TV or simply relaxing in the same room. He’ll even gently butt his head against your lips, politely requesting those special head kisses he adores.

This sweet boy thrives in a quiet, peaceful home. He gets along well with other cats and would happily share his space with his bonded mate, Whiskey , but he’s not a fan of dogs (even though he’s lived with them before). He has no experience with young children, so a child-free household would be ideal. Loud or high-energy environments aren’t his style — he prefers calm, predictable days filled with love and low stress.

Finnegan's story is a special and particularly satisfying one. He was brought into a shelter with a broken jaw, a wounded mouth and a swollen damaged eye. He was unchipped and unneutered, very thin and dirty. He looked like he had been hit by a car, but we have no idea what really happened to him. The shelter did very well by him; they wired his lower jaw together, neutered him, vaccinated him and gave him pain and other meds. He tested negative for FIV and FeLV. All good but then the shelter needed a rescue to take over his medical care and none were coming forward. With his euthanasia date fast approaching they contacted me since we had worked together quite a lot in the past. They sent me his head x-rays and medical history. I love Scottish Folds and have two of my own so I certainly couldn't easily say no to him but I was a bit daunted. I called a medically savvy friend and she agreed to take him for the first week to check him out. She got him on a Thursday evening. On Friday he would have been euthanized. It sounds shocking but shelters do not have the space and resources to keep kitties that need extended recovery time. Dates are set and kept. Finn was so friendly that everyone at the shelter was rooting for him and they were so relieved that we would take him in.

We named him Finnegan. He cooperated with my friend by getting better every day. It was very important that though he couldn't have dry food he was able to eat wet food on his own. He loves anything gooey and has now gained a couple pounds. The swelling on one side of his face has gone down allowing his mouth to close normally. He was quickly transferred to me and made all my worries seem foolish. All he really needed was time to heal. After a much-needed bath, he is looking magnificent. We're all madly in love with him. Yesterday (after six weeks) he went to the vet to have the wire unwrapped from his jaw. He has recovered perfectly.

🎖️ Attention, Cat-Loving Recruits! 🎖️

This is General Meow of Purebreds Plus Cat Rescue, and I have an important mission for a special volunteer (or two)!

One of our most trusted officers has retired from active duty, leaving a critical post unmanned. The cats and kittens of Purebreds Plus need a new Website Update Volunteer to help keep their profiles fresh, current, and ready to find loving homes.

This mission is more important than it may sound. When our website is current, more cats get seen. When more cats get seen, more cats get adopted. It's that simple.

Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It:
🐾 Help update cat and kitten postings on our website
🐾 Commit to approximately 3 days per week
🐾 Time required can range from 0–3 hours per day, depending on how many cats need posting
🐾 Basic computer skills are helpful
🐾 Full training provided—we'll walk beside you for the first couple of weeks until you're comfortable

You don't need to be a computer wizard. You just need a willingness to learn and a heart for helping cats.

Every kitten waiting for a home. Every senior cat hoping for a second chance. Every rescue counting on visibility—they're all depending on someone just like you!

Will you answer the call?

The cats are assembled. The kittens are standing by. The tiny fluffy troops need you now!

Join our rescue team and help us turn website visitors into adopters—and homeless cats into beloved family members.

Enlist today. Because every cat deserves to be seen, and every cat deserves a chance. 🐱❤️🐾

Fill out an application now! -- >https://purebredsplus.org/volunteer/ or send an email with any questions to [email protected]!

🐾 Meet Buzz: Your New Adventurous Siamese Buddy! 🐾
Looking for a lively, affectionate, and endlessly entertaining cat to join your young, active family? Buzz is a handsome 4-year-old purebred Siamese who is ready to zoom into your hearts and home!

Buzz is very active, healthy, and full of personality. He’s social, outgoing, and curious about everything — the perfect companion for a fun-loving household. He loves playing with fuzzy balls, pom poms, and wand toys, and he’ll happily show off his athletic skills with impressive jumps and cabinet explorations. Expect plenty of zoomies and playful energy!

He’s great with:
Kids — especially those taller than 4 feet (he does best with gentle, respectful older children)
Cat-friendly dogs — he currently lives with a Brittany Spaniel and even enjoys zoomies and cuddle sessions with him
Other cats — he’s comfortable around feline friends too
Affection on his terms: Buzz is a true lap cat who enjoys being picked up, held, and sleeping under the covers with you at night — but he’ll let you know with a gentle warning look or nip if he’s had enough. He’s independent yet loving, exactly what many Siamese fans adore.
