One of our favorite features is the built-in window seat, which adds both storage and a place to pause and enjoy the view.

This custom ADU was designed to feel like it has always belonged on the property. This Streng Brothers home received a full transformation of its common areas to create a more connected, light-filled way of living. We opened the layout, brought in as much natural light as possible, and carefully preserved the architectural elements that make Streng homes so distinctive.

The original freestanding brick fireplace remains at the heart of the design. It now anchors the living room while keeping open sightlines throughout the space, allowing the kitchen, dining area, and living room to flow effortlessly together.
