Hey new and long time friends 👋🏽 figured I’d do a little intro post since I’ve gained quite a few new faces around here. 2023 will be my 2nd year of photography through Lusting for Light 💡and the 1st year of FULL TIME ARTISTRY 🎨 📷 if you’re new around here… here are some things to catch you up:
🗣️ I talk quite a bit. Lol. So if you catch me ranting on my stories, I’d love for you to talk back! Photography brings me people from all walks of life and the connections I’ve made through this art and platform have been amazing. More connection in 2023 pls.
🇵🇭 full blooded & have never been more proud. As I age, I find myself wanting to cling to my kultura. If you are well versed in all things PI, Halika na ate! Mg chika chika tayo ✌🏽
🏝️this year I am rebranding myself as a travel photographer. In other words, if you’re on a vacation, look into taking me with! No… I dont mean you have to deal w my talkative ass throughout your entire trip.. I just mean if you want gorgeous photos in a beautiful exotic far away place while your entire family is stress free and vibing, inquire today! It’s not as expensive as you think! AND IF ITS YOUR WEDDING YOUR WANTING BOOK NAO NAO NAO. I already have an international wedding in 2024. The more planning the better.
👩🏽‍🦲 last year I chopped off my entire head of hair due to alopecia. It’s something I bring up pretty often. Mental health took a big dip and art pulled me out of it. Today my hair is all new and almost to my shoulders. It’s a constant reminder to myself that the death and rebirth process is one to honor, not mourn. I love this version of Ashley. I would love to help you love this version of you as well.

Like I said- I could talk forever. But I’ll leave it at this for now. If you’re still here 🙏🏽 maraming salamat talaga. I’m so grateful.

From planning and shooting your elopement, to planning and shooting your maternity photos I couldn’t be more proud of the parents you guys are becoming. Forever grateful to be in your journey, ✨

Sunshine on a stormy day ⛈️ ☀️

For this beautiful couple, mama had to pass on her first baby boy to the love of his life. There were no shortage of tears but man did the golden glow of the sun come through for this couple (& mama) on their special day.

The universe is not happen stance. What’s meant to be will always be. Let me be the one to capture these things for you, so you can savor your most intimate but so fleeting moments. If you are the type of person that feels deeper than the average or if you miss your moments while your still living in them… make sure your photographer is sensitive to this. Make sure you find someone to not only capture your day but the essence of all your relationships on this very important day. Make sure the photos they show you as sample are photos that look like you can taste them or smell them or even breathe them in. Then… enjoy your day, and thank me later ♥️

Started the year off with a bang ‼️ First work day of the year and I feel productive! Got through a lot of editing, went through emails and inquiries and booked a good amount of clients today 🙏🏽
