Shout out to Hive athlete who is currently tearing up the competition up north... Hasn't dropped a set in 3 weeks and is pushing for a third consecutive tournament‼️ while we take no credit for our guys achievements, we can't help but revel in their success 💯

Just another day at the office.... Mornings continue to grow as word of mouth spreads about the facility, the coaching and the atmosphere at the Hive 🐝🐝🐝 We are leaders and coaches, not gurus and trainers 💪🏼
There is something very powerful about a silence and tranquility in an empty gym... A place where many of the worlds greatest have thrived, a place where people everyday are building better versions of themselves, a place where we coaches get to impact lives. Our Grand Opening is around the corner and we couldn't be more excited to showcase this amazing facility to the community... It will soon be time to make some noise 😜🐝🎤🎉

A casual 54 inch box Jump to reintroduce himself to the the facility.... While some may argue their relevance, significance or simple transference to sporting performance.... You can't help but appreciate the power, timing and mobility on show 💪🏼🐝
