RH Design Build

We are making good progress on our Celebration Church Addition in Faihope, AL. The project consists of a 14,000 SF addition to the property which will include a new sanctuary and connector to existing to facility.

After a few days of rainy weather, we were able to pour the slab on our American Legion Post 199 Club Building this morning! We will start erecting the pre-engineered building in the next couple of days!

As we get ready to close out Construction Safety Week, we’re reminded that safety isn’t just a topic for one week—it’s a daily commitment we make to each other, our teams, and our families. From the office to the field, safety is embedded in our culture and operations because we believe that nothing is more important than getting everyone home safely each day.

Progress update on our The Belle at The Lamar project in Oxford. We had a big week getting our permanent power turned on and starting our A/C units in Building A. Flooring will be starting next week as we get close to turning over units to the owner.

In Building B, we are wrapping up drywall in the basement level and will begin installing cabinets and countertops on Level 3 and 4 next week.

We appreciate all the hard work of our subcontractors, suppliers and project team pushing this project toward completion.

There is a lot of progress happening on our The Belle at The Lamar project in Oxford, MS. Exterior siding and brick on our Building A is close to completion. We have started first coat of exterior paint as well. Siding and brick work is continuing on Building B currently. Interior build out of Building A is in progress and we will begin interior build out of Building B next week.

Progress update on our The Belle at The Lamar Multi-family project in Oxford, MS! We are dried in on both buildings and wrapping up our in wall and overhead rough-in for our MEP systems. Exterior finishes have started and will soon be starting out drywall. Be sure to follow for more updates!

We are excited to announce that we have been selected to provide Design-Build services for the American Legion Post 199, Phase 1 Club Building project located in Fairhope, AL! This project is the first step to restoring the historic Legion building located on the site.

We started off 2025 with a 270 yard slab pour on our Addition to Celebration Church project in Fairhope, AL. Once completed, this project will provide a new 14,000 square foot sanctuary to the existing church campus!

We had a productive week last week on our The Belle Apartments at The Lamar project in Oxford. We placed our basement slab on our Building B. Continued backfilling the upper slab on grade pads so we can start our underground rough-in and digging our footings. We are close to topping out all our stairwells and elevator shafts as well!
