It’s hard to know where to start with Carly & Collin’s wedding day. 🤍

From the moment me and my team arrived at The Lodge at Gulf State Park in Gulf Shores, Alabama, there was so much joy surrounding these two. Every person we met was excited to celebrate them, and it was easy to see just how loved they are.

One of my favorite things about Carly and Collin is how much fun they have together. Whether we were taking portraits on the beach, walking along the boardwalk at sunset, or watching them on the dance floor, they were constantly laughing and enjoying every minute of the day.

Their beach wedding ceremony overlooking the Gulf was beautiful, but what stood out most was the foundation they are building their marriage on. Listening to their vows and hearing the way they spoke about God’s faithfulness throughout their relationship was such a special reminder of what marriage is truly about.

And can we talk about their people for a minute?
Their families and friends showed up in the best way. They celebrated hard, loved these two well, and welcomed me and my team with open arms. By the end of the night, we felt less like photographers and more like part of the celebration.

Carly & Collin, thank you for trusting me with these memories. It was such an honor to spend the day with you and document the beginning of this new chapter.

There are some wedding days you can still feel long after they’re over… and Emma + Tres’s Grand Hotel wedding in Point Clear, Alabama was one of them. 🤍

Going into the weekend, rain was definitely on the radar ☔️ but after months of prayers, the Lord truly put a bubble around the Grand Hotel. We never felt more than a drop all day long, and the weather ended up being absolutely perfect for their waterfront ceremony overlooking Mobile Bay. 🌤️🌊

From the beginning of the day, there was so much excitement, emotion, and celebration woven into every moment. Emma’s first look with her dad had me and my team tearing up 🥹 and the look on Tres’s face as Emma walked down the aisle was something I’ll never forget.

Their ceremony was beautiful, Christ-centered, and full of intentional moments. Between the colorful florals, the breeze coming off the bay, and the way these two looked at each other all day long, every part of this Grand Hotel wedding felt meaningful. ✨

And then came the portraits 😍 Between the oak trees, the sunset glow, Emma’s veil catching the wind, and the joy these two carried all day, photographing them felt effortless.

But honestly, one of my favorite parts of the day was simply watching how much FUN they had together. From emotional dances to singing lyrics with all their favorite people on the dance floor 🪩🎶, the entire night was filled with so much love and celebration.

By the end of the night, it felt less like working a wedding and more like celebrating friends. Those are always the sweetest wedding days. 🤍
