One of these things is not like the other.

Mother and son.

It’s greenhouse delivery day! Falkor is hard at work getting it inspected.

Rainbow was our only rooster for the longest time, but then he had two sons who kicked him out of the flock. He now happily the pigs’ rooster. Gingerbread was cuddling with him too, but ran over to smile for the picture. 

We’ve taken a long break from everything to focus on our kids lately. I haven’t been breeding and I have gotten a lot of complaints about the lack of cute animal pictures! We started the process of adopting from foster care three years ago, and just finalized the adoption of our son! We have also been homeschooling all four kids because of Covid. Because of our new addition we will be changing our name to Field-O Farms. That change may take quite some time for me to figure out… But it will be coming soon! And hopefully as things slowly go back to normal I’ll be posting more cute animal and kid pictures!

It’s hard working with kids! One just took a break to give a baby potato he found a bath.

You live and you learn. We put our original veggie garden on grass thinking the grass would be pretty in between the beds. We also dug a trench and buried all our irrigation which we thought was nice until we realized we Didn’t have all the features we need and we would have to dig it back up to make the changes. So we’re starting from scratch! We also just ordered our first greenhouse, which is due to arrive in September!
