This might be our favorite FLOR tile install EVER!! Big risk = big rewards here for our clients. We staged them, helped whittle down their furniture for a big downsize then update and install with some new items to really show off their modern style and art collection. Yup, definitely our favorite Flor rug ever!

This beauty sold the first day on the market! We gave purpose & an update to this room combining our inventory and the homeowners existing items. We ❤️ it!!

Big big impact wall! Not my design, I was just the labor- my friend knew my OCD brain would be thrilled with this challenge! Watch out for ceilings that are not level, the stripe wrapping paper keeps the mirrors level to the ceiling, not the earth. 🤓
