To run and edit a literary journal in 2026 seems like the perfect anachronism. But the community of writers and artists we’ve connected with has been truly life-giving. I am so thankful for their indelible words and profound insights. At a time of turmoil, it has brought hope.

I am so thankful for the miraculous work so many have put into this project, and am extremely proud of the artists and writers who have allowed us to feature their incredible work. Dozens of original works of art and literature, all perfectly curated by our art editor , and beautifully compiled by our designer , issue 4—the Fall issue—commemorates the closing of our first year at Nulla.
