Digital & Influencer Marketing Intern

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Unique Software Development is seeking a Digital & Influencer Marketing Intern to collaborate and manage an outreach campaign to provide awareness and engagement for a government benefit program designated for low-income Americans.

Through the identification, recruitment and fulfillment of paid-sponsorship postings from Creators on Social Media Networks, you and your team will provide a needed service at no cost to millions of individuals who are most in need.

The ideal intern will love social media and digital marketing and be willing to create, share and present best practices. Experience with TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn for a business or organization is a plus.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Audience RnD
• Assist Digital Marketing Lead in audience and interest profiling.
• Research topics and lifestyles associated with audience profiles.
Creator Sourcing
• Consume content from social media platforms to identify pertinent micro-influencers.
• Monitor trends within niches to highlight up and coming micro-influencers.
Creator Engagement
• Assist in gathering and finding micro-influencer contact information.
• Initiate, engage and schedule Creator meetings.
• Assist in negotiating Creator compensation agreements.
Content Guidance
• Communicate with Creators on specific “Do and Do Not’s” to ensure brand and ethics requirements.
• Assist Creators with media, soundbites, information and editing for their posts.
• Evaluate Creators’ submissions and collaborate with Stakeholders for publication approval.
Content Generation
• Assist Digital Marketing Lead in technical content copywriting.
• Storyboard product inclusion content and collaborate with Creators.
• Assist Creators in content scripting and final product inclusion.
Campaign Evaluation
• Develop campaign reports and analyze metrics to provide insights on continuance.
• Be a part of a team that will provide societal benefits through actively engaging our creators and audience with effectively monetizing for all parties.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

Experience & Capabilities:
• Enrolled in, or a recent graduate of, an accredited college or graduate school. Strong academic record required.
• Passion for and experience in any combination of technology, media, social welfare, telecommunications and marketing.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
