SRS Real Estate Partners continues to expand its Southern California retail team with the addition of veteran retail advisor Mike Hieshima as Senior Vice President and Principal, alongside Associate Caden Westwick.
Mike brings 38 years of retail real estate experience and nearly 2,000 transactions completed, with longstanding relationships across Southern California and a track record working with leading landlords and retailers including Regency Centers, The Kroenke Group, Brixton, Ross Dress for Less, REI, Sprouts Farmers Market and sweetgreen.
Mike and Caden will work closely with Garrett Colburn and Terrison Quinn as part of SRS’s growing Southern California platform. They will be based in the firm’s new Santa Barbara office, which will operate as an extension of SRS’s Newport Beach team.
