Meet our members of the month: Balcones Distilling! Founded in 2008 in Waco, Texas, Balcones was the very first legally produced and sold Texas whisky (which must be why it tastes so dang good).
Everything Balcones makes is made "grain to glass" just down the interstate in Waco. They've grown at lightning speed over the course of the past 3 years, and in the next 12 months, they'll officially be in all 50 states!
We love getting to see this team do what they do best day-in and day-out from our space, and we're so grateful to be able to partner with them to spice up some of our events with Balcones. Common Desk - Addison is a happier (and buzzier) place because they're here!
Make sure to say hi to them when you see 'em and grab a glass in our cocktail lounge. 🥃
