Event Planning and COVID-19

- In any event indoors if attendee becomes sick at our one of events, separate them from others as soon as possible and until they can go home. Be sure to contact local public health officials regarding the possible case of COVID-19 at your event and how to communicate with staff and attendees about possible exposure to the virus. No more than 10 people in an indoor event.
- In an outdoor event the limit capacity depending on venue size accounting for usable square footage is with a maximum of 175 people per designated gatherings.
- Events must ensure a minimum of 6 feet of social distancing between attendees or parties. Seating at events must be appropriately spaced, to reduce mingling and reinforce the necessary distance between individuals in different households.
