🏆 A Proud Moment for Rolland🏆

This past weekend in Mexico City, our team had the honor of attending the 2026 PreSEAS a la Excelencia en Seguridad, celebrating excellence and leadership across Mexico’s security industry.

We are incredibly proud to share that Rick Rolland was recognized as Man of the Year, honoring his innovation, leadership, and more than 20 years of commitment to serving and advancing the security industry in Mexico.

That journey has been a team effort from the very beginning. Alongside Rick, José Luis Romo, Director General of Rolland Mexico, was instrumental in pioneering Rolland’s presence in Mexico and building the team and operation that have helped make Rolland what it is in the region today.

Together, Rick and José Luis have spent more than two decades building relationships, investing in innovation, and working alongside customers, partners, and the Rolland Mexico team to deliver stronger security solutions and establish a lasting presence in the country.

This recognition is a meaningful milestone entire Rolland Mexico team who have helped build and carry that legacy forward.

Congratulations, Rick, on this well-deserved honor, and thank you to José Luis and our entire team in Mexico for more than 20 years of dedication, partnership, and commitment to protecting what matters.

Yesterday, members of the Rolland Solutions team traded their usual tools for spatulas and spent the morning cooking breakfast for families staying at Ronald McDonald House in Dallas.

For families navigating some of life’s toughest moments, something as simple as a warm meal can bring a little comfort and a sense of home. We were grateful for the opportunity to serve, spend time together as a team, and support an organization doing so much for families in our Dallas community.

At Rolland, protecting what matters goes beyond the work we do every day. It means showing up for our community, too.

This past Saturday, some of our Rolland team headed out to C10s In The Park 2026 Buy & Sell in Waxahachie to support our own Bill Williams — and a very special family legacy. ❤️

When Bill was just 5 years old, his dad bought this 1957 Chevrolet 3100 and transformed it into something special. Years later, that same truck found its way back to Bill, who brought it back to life — preserving not just a classic truck, but the memories, craftsmanship, and connection he shared with his father.

At Rolland, Protect the Legacy means more than protecting what’s valuable. It’s about protecting the things that carry a story, connect generations, and simply can’t be replaced. For Bill, this truck is one of those things.

We were proud to show up and support him — and to celebrate a legacy that’s still rolling. 🛻❤️

🐾 Security, innovation… and puppies? That’s a pretty good day at GSX!

Rolland Solutions Business Development team members Monica Tovar and Andrew Bode are in Atlanta this week at GSX, connecting with industry partners, exploring what’s next in security, and catching up with our manufacturing partners at ZKTeco.

And when there’s a puppy adoption station at a security conference… you obviously have to stop. ❤️🐶

From new technology and great conversations to a little puppy therapy in between, it’s been a great week connecting with the people and partners who keep our industry moving forward.

Today, we pause to remember the lives lost on September 11, 2001, honor the heroes who answered the call, and stand with the families whose lives were forever changed.

We will never forget their courage, sacrifice, and strength. 🇺🇸
