From the establishment of Circle of Friends in 1965, to Dallas’s first Gay Pride Parade in 1972, to the founding of both the Oak Lawn Counseling Center and the Resource Center in the 1980s, Dallas has a rich legacy of q***r community, activism, and mutual aid.

This Pride Month, we’re honoring that history with a classic Southern flavor we know you’ll love.

Summer is here, and so are four brand new drinks crafted to capture the flavors of the season. Whether you're craving something nostalgic, fruity, creamy, or refreshingly unique, your next poolside drink is waiting for you at Union.

🫐 Blueberry Pancake
A nostalgic breakfast latte with blueberry and maple flavors, topped with sweet vanilla cold foam.

🌙 Midnight Matcha
Bright, fresh blackberry mellowed out by creamy white chocolate and a touch of nutty pandan.

🍓 Summer Cool-ada
A creamy twist on a strawberry smoothie, this treat is absolutely best enjoyed poolside.

🍒 House Call
A smooth blend of cinnamon, amaretto, blackberry and cherry inspired by the flavors of Dr. Pepper. Try pairing it with our coconut cold foam!
