BUT… to those whom it does, it can be a HUGE draw!
There are tons of reasons some home buyers want to avoid an HOA, some of the most common ones I hear sound like this-
✅Searching for acreage
✅Freedom from exterior restrictions
✅Dodge the additional fees
✅Avoid potential conflicts
✅No fears of future rule changes
✅Privacy & individuality
