PHYSICAL HEALTH & MENTAL WELLNESS is Important to us all.

1. Look great, and feel great! Regular exercise is a great way to reduce stress, and stay in shape.

2. Spend quality with the family.

3. Surround yourself by positive, physically, and socially active, people.

4. Friend dates are great! Spending time with your friends nurtures meaningful and lasting bonds.

5. Music makes the world go around. Dance to the beat of your own drum.

6. Hydrate. Drink until you glow or have to go.

7. Meditate

8. Eat well.

9. Sleep Well.

10. Face, elbows, hands, Knees, and feet, take care of your skin.

11. Helping others is cathartic. Volunteer to help at your local church or not profit organization.

12. A regular manicure, pedicure, and facial keeps the blues, grays, and wrinkle away.

13. No Drama! Surround yourself by those who have a positive out look on life; more often than not. Keeping in mind, we all have our moments.

14. Therapy is not taboo. Your mental health is equally as important as your physical health. I keep my wellness team and therapist at Able To on speed dial.

15. Remind yourself that taking care of you always should comes first.
