Don't play the blame game or the comparison game. The way you stand out amongst your competition is by being genuine and the best representation of yourself and your client. Nothing else matters. Don't worry about what the competition is doing. Just focus on the customers you're meeting with today and the returning customers you're managing. That is how you stand out.

Our goal: to be replicable, to teach and show systems, and to give our new staff confidence in their abilities and future with our company.

There is a saying that to improve on something, you first need to identify 3 things...

1. Do you have the skills?
2. Do you have the awareness?
3. Are you willing to do the work?

People struggle with time management in every aspect of their lives and will only need to keep working on the skill as they gain more responsibilities.

Our best advice when looking to improve your time management is to conduct a time management audit on yourself. Log what you do every 15 minutes of every hour of the day for 7 days. You're probably not even aware of where some of your time is going. From there, you can make the decision to make the changes necessary to improve.
