Healing is a journey and one of the most important things is learning how to identify your triggers and think through them logically. Logical thinking is where your empowerment comes from. Even in the midst of what may seem like utter chaos, you can still choose to be consciously aware of the actions that are taking place. 🪄stay grounded so that you can make sound decisions. Remembering to consider the feelings of all parties involved and as best you can, apply compassion. Even the ones that hurt you, turn their back on you, cut you, betray you, slander you meet them with compassion because the moment you react outside of your character you relinquish your power. 🪄 7/2/2019
