My #1 tip for staying consistent as a mom?

Reduce friction.

Lay your workout clothes out the night before. Workout at the same time every day. Keep your dumbbells where you can see them.

Because it’s usually not the workout that’s stopping us. It’s all the decisions leading up to it.

What should I wear?
When should I do it?
Which workout should I pick?

By the time you’ve figured all that out, your toddler needs a snack and the moment is gone. 😂

Also, a little unsolicited advice: stop spending 20 minutes searching for a workout.

Follow a program. Press play. Move your body. The less you have to think about it, the more likely you are to actually do it.
