Shinsei is the concept of Tracy Rathbun & Lynae Fearing. We are a traditional sushi bar with a Pan-Asian kitchen.
Shinsei means “rebirth”, which we think suits our Pan-Asian restaurant very well. Combining Cajun, Texas, Thai, and Japanese flavors, our cuisine is modern, dynamic, and born from the creative inspirations of our talented chefs.
