After two years of strategic planning, market exploration, landlord negotiations, and construction, we are thrilled to announce the successful completion of our transaction with WJE. As always, we enjoyed working with Mike Dement and the team to get this deal across the finish line!

This week, we are spotlighting our summer intern, Connor Lindvall. From the get-go, Connor has wowed us with his enthusiasm and readiness to dive in. With his internship wrapping up, we asked him about his favorite part of the experience. Connor shared:

“My favorite part of this summer has been watching the growth of client relationships. Working closely with our clients has shown me that Rockcap’s bond is more than just business—it’s a genuine friendship where both sides truly care about each other beyond work.”

Last month, our team represented Box Investment Group in the off-market acquisition of 15051 FAA Boulevard in Fort Worth, TX located just South of DFW International Airport. A huge kudos to our counterparts, George Curry and Paul Hanna, CCIM of JLL for their persistence and hard work in arranging the transaction on behalf of the Seller.

Since January of 2017, our team has occupied office space at Energy Square. To support the continued growth of our firm, we expanded our space and committed long term to and the .dallas Campus. The recent renovations and amenity additions, combined with the proximity to quality retail and quick ingress/egress, made it an easy decision to stay and grow here.

Last month, several members of our team had the opportunity to speak to future business school graduates and faculty members at about our business practices and how Faith plays a role in the workplace. A special thanks to Laci Richardson and her team for organizing our time together!

Our brand is nothing without the people and team behind it. Please welcome Sam Norris to the family! Sam was raised in Dallas where he attended Trinity Christian Academy and joins us as a recent graduate from - Texas A&M University to start his career in commercial real estate. He has exceptional character and will be a tremendous asset to serve our clients and grow our business. The future is bright!

This is the first of many new and exciting announcements at Rockcap Company. Thanks to our friends at Tegan, we just completed a months-long project implementing the largest changes to our brand since the company’s inception in 2010. From logos to colors to branded collateral, we’ve brought everything forward to 2023. Stay tuned for much more in the weeks ahead…
