I’ve never seen this before. As drivers, how do you guys feel about this?

How are you guys dealing with the gas increase? I used to fill my tank at about $43 every 250 miles and now I am filling it up at $63. A huuuuuuugggggeeeeee difference. 😵 I run Grubhub and Instacart simultaneously.

This has got to be illegal..Right? Saw this posted on another subreddit and the OP swears it’s legal .. I find that hard to believe.

15 Month Old Dog Killed by Rover Pet Sitters.

My 15 month old dog (in the photo) was killed by Rover pet sitters dog

I was on a short trip for two days and left my dog with a stay at home couple that I found on Rover. They had multiple five star reviews and had taken care of many dogs in the past including puppies and said they provided a safe space for all dogs.

When I got back from my trip (yesterday morning) they called me and gave a very brief and foggy story. They said that my dog died because he was hu***ng their dog while eating food and their dog grabbed him by the neck and killed him and then they pulled him away but he was dead. They also admitted there was signs of aggression from their dog towards my dog before!? They didn’t notify me of that and obviously didn’t split them up or take precautions.

This is where it gets bad and weird⬇️

I was not notified that my dog had died until hours after it had happened and thats when they called me and explained what happened like said above. I told them to wrap him in a blanket asap and I would come get him. They said they aren’t home now and would get it done in an hour!? I told them to do it now and then drove straight to their house and got my dog.

When I looked at my dead baby he was covered in dirt and grass which contradicts their story about them eating food (indoors).

I took him to the vet to get a report from them and they showed that my dog had bite marks near his abdomen area, broken ribs and bruises all over him which to me sounds like my dog was being thrown around by their dog OUTSIDE for an extended period of time. To say it again THEY ADMITTED SIGNS OF AGGRESSION HAPPENED BEFOREHAND!? I still don’t understand why they were outside together.

Last night (3/5) while walking my dogs I dropped a leash attachment that holds p**p bags. I couldn’t find it so went inside. This morning (3/6) an old man (60s/70s) that lives in my building had his window open, saw me leave my apartment with my pets, and came outside to speak to me. He handed me the p**p bag holder and attached butterfly clips to it? Odd. I believe he said something about the clips belonging to his granddaughter or something but said he didn’t need them and thought I would like them. I couldn’t hear him well as it was pouring rain, and I didn’t want to chat so I just said thanks and kept walking.

I came back inside maybe five minutes later and inspected the p**p bag holder. I had already replaced it with a new one this morning as I thought this one was lost, so I decided to throw this one away. But I wanted the p**p bags out so I opened the plastic bag holder and only one p**p bag was inside, (this was a new roll as of yesterday so he kept the rest) and it was wrapped around a piece of paper. He had folded it so that the paper would have come out when I pulled out this last p**p bag. He planned this, clearly. The paper read “Can I put my c**k in you?” and this really shocked me, seeing as he stops me to chat often and hasn’t said anything inappropriate thus far.

I feel really rattled and uncomfortable at the moment but I’m going to avoid him, and when he inevitably approaches me again I would like to be very direct and not entirely kind, but tell him he cannot speak to me ever again. Though I’m very nervous about how he may respond or retaliate. I contacted the apartment manager here and because I don’t want him to know that I’ve reported him, she can’t do a whole lot. She said I can move to another unit further away from him. I just moved in three months ago, finally now have everything decorated and everything is how I want it. Moving in was hell, so much work. I’d have no help. This would be so inconvenient and difficult for me to do, just to feel safe. I wish he could be forced to relocate instead, since I do understand this isn’t necessarily an eviction-worthy event. Prior to this I spoke to this man often, he was always approaching me to converse, but it was polite and he never said anything creepy, so I’ve been thrown for a loop and I’m so so uncomfortable. I know this is a long post, I apologize. I just want to know if going to the police to file a report now is jumping the gun, or how escalated it must become to do so. The apartment manager is doing nothing, I can’t do anything and I’m afraid to even speak to him, I feel helpless. He sits by his window and watches me when I leave my apartment. I worry about how things may progress. I’m 23F and living alone for the first time. I love my apartment but I’m now terrified to leave it.

Cops called for impersonating a amazon driver 😂 Was delivering to a wrong address so I grabbed the box and took it next door.. 2 minutes later around the block the police stopped me that a customer called about a "fake Amazon worker" stealing packages 😂 had a good laugh with the police.
