In 2016 I underwent my second spine surgery to fuse a collapsed vertebrae in my lumbar spine (I was already fused in my cervical spine). I thought my surgeries would eliminate my pain. Unfortunately, I was in more pain afterwards and experienced excruciating muscle spasms. My doctor scared me into believing I would never be able to pick up my 5 month old twins. As a new mom I was emotionally devastated! Desperate to find a drug-free solution to my pain, I found The Egoscue Method of Posture Therapy. After one visit my pain was significantly reduced and I was able to lay on my back for the first time in months. Three years later I’m still picking up my now 3 year old twins and I’m living an active life, PAIN FREE! This therapy changed my life and I’m so passionate about it I went back to school and got my certification from the Egoscue Institute so I could share it with other people who are in pain.
