I’m a big fan of your wedding seating chart being more than just a seating chart!!
I love when the paper details become part of a larger design moment. These seating cards were designed to live within the floral arrangement, so the stationery feels like an intentional part of the centerpiece rather than something added afterward!

The “pretty part” is designing and producing the invitations. But before they make it to your mailbox, there’s a wholeeee quality-control and assembly process happening behind the scenes👀
Every suite is individually assembled, checked, and packed to make sure everything is exactly as it should be— cards are in the right order, envelopes are properly stuffed, ribbons and details are secure, and names and quantities are accounted for!
Then everything is carefully packaged so your invitations can go straight to the post office or arrive at your doorstep ready for you✉️
It’s a (not-so-small!!!!) part of the process you might not think about, but having professional hands on the final product makes a big difference!

A seating chart that started as a vision and came together through collaboration🤍
For this install, I designed the seating chart artwork with the planner’s vision for the finished display in mind (considering the scale, layout, and functionality for guests!). From there, the planner brought in her local vendor team, and the bride’s incredible family that owns Hill Country Wedding Venue | Boerne, TX, to bring the design to life and handle the production + on site install.
The best wedding details are rarely created in a vacuum!!! When planners, stationers, and local vendors are able to collaborate from the beginning, everyone can bring their expertise to the table, and the end result is so much better for it!!
