A year ago yesterday, At the Pan-African Connection premiered — our first documentary and the first official Asota Seven production 🙏🏾 And we honestly couldn’t be more grateful for everything that has followed.
Because of the support, the film has been shown in multiple theaters, grassroots organizations, cultural institutions, churches, film festivals, and a community college. We even got to speak about it a couple of times on the news.
But to be fr, the coolest part has been everything that wasn’t posted. The things that wouldn’t be considered a “Highlight.”— those real conversations, the random calls and emails from people we had never met, the feedback, the encouragement, and... yeah. Yeah.
So to everyone who has supported in any way, we again want to say thank you.
We’re very excited to show y’all more of what’s coming next!
