Coach Misty

Why does a 106-year-old need a stress test? 🤔👴

DALLAS! DO YOU KNOW SOMEBODY WHO NEEDS A WASHER, DRYER OR TWIN BED FRAME?
I’m clearing out some things in my home, and I’d rather give them to somebody who can actually use them than have them sitting around!
I’m giving away:
🧺 A washer and dryer SET. Both turn on, the dryer works perfectly, and the washer needs a new hose.
🛏️ Twin bed frames.
EVERYTHING IS FREE. MUST PICK UP TODAY!
If you know a family moving into a new home, a single parent starting over, a college student or somebody who could use these items, PLEASE TAG THEM!
You don’t have to explain your situation or tell me your business. Just come get them!
📍 Dallas, Texas
🚚 You must provide transportation and loading help.
☕ Starbucks is always appreciated but never required!
DM me “FREE” and tell me which items you want and what time you can pick them up today.
PLEASE SHARE! I’d love to have everything picked up before tonight!

A pivot doesn’t need to be pretty. Sometimes you’re irritated, sweating, and carrying your stuff next door—but you’re still moving. This morning didn’t go according to plan. The rest of the day still belongs to me.

Apparently, entering a new season of life sometimes comes with your own internal heating system.

I had my first hot flash at 46, and the speed of it caught me completely off guard. One minute I was fine. The next minute, my body had changed the weather.

No lesson today. Just life happening in real time.
