Another milestone for OAPay UK. 🎉
OAPay UK has been assigned its own SWIFT Non-Connected Business Identifier Code (BIC).
This gives OAPay a standardised institutional identity within the SWIFT ecosystem, and it supports:
🌍 Greater global visibility
🤝 Stronger banking and PSP relationships
💳 Clearer payment references
🎯 Continued infrastructure growth
🙌 Trusted institutional relationships
A Non-Connected BIC does not provide direct SWIFT messaging capability. It gives OAPay an important standardised identity within the global payments ecosystem.
Another building block towards stronger cross-border payments infrastructure.
The BIC will be published in SWIFT’s files available on 3 October 2026.
