Just a gentle reminder, it is very hot and very dry. To the point that a truck was starting fires down 222 yesterday by simply dragging a chain on the road. That being said, please try to follow watering Best practices instructions on door hangers if you can. God Bless-Jake.

Holds true for Alabama Bermuda as well!

Florida Bermuda grass has a summer mowing rule most homeowners have never been told. The lawns breaking it are the ones struggling most right now.

If my customers have ever talked with me, I try to give full attention. I’m sure some pickup on my brain going crazy in the background. Just for future encounters, I’ve asked ChatGPT to produce a visual depiction of my thought processing, and it’s pretty accurate. I’m not ignoring you I promise. My poor wife tries to keep me straight but it’s a full time job!

👀 🔥 🌱

Few more Common Bermudas today holding tight in the heat.

A few lawns from yesterday! 🌱☀️

We’ve got a non-irrigated Centipede, a couple non-irrigated Common Bermuda lawns, and an irrigated Z-52 Zoysia.

The Bermudas are showing a little drought stress, but they’re still hanging tough in this heat. The Centipede is absolutely thriving, and that Z-52 Zoysia is looking BEAUTIFUL! 🔥💚

Think you can tell which is which? 👀

Centipede, Common Bermuda, or Z-52 Zoysia — give it your best shot!
