Time to meet another member of our All Steak family!.. Meet Sarah, a familiar face behind the bar since the spring Sarah is joining the leadership team as our new manager for The Lounge At All Steak.
Sarah Kathryn is a Cullman native who has been proudly serving the community for the last 6 years. Tending bar from the age of 21, she has developed her skills in restaurants all over the SouthEast and brings recipes from New Orleans to Tampa to Memphis. She is excited to join this team and welcomes everyone to the Lounge at the AllSteak for delicious craft cocktails and cuisine! Join us in Welcoming Sarah to this new position for her and to our leadership team here at All Steak.

As promised our team is back from a couple of days of rest and have an all new Menu ready for you here at All Steak including a widely requested Lunch menu! You can find all of our need lunch and dinner menus as well as an updated Beer and wine list in the menu section of our page as well as on our website! We can't wait to see you all soon as you come to try some new favorites!

It’s officially Labor Day Weekend! We hope that you will enjoy this time to spend with friends and family celebrating and enjoying the real holiday here, SEC football kick offs! All Steak will be closed Monday, September 2nd to allow our team to spend the holiday with their families.. BUT Tuesday September, 2nd we will be back to normal business hours and Will be rolling out brand new lunch and dinner menus that we will be introducing here in the coming days!

We are excited to pick back up with some staff introductions this week as well as introducing some new faces to our team in a day or two!
Meet our Sous Chef, chef Nick Bracero! Nick has been Sous Chef here at All Steak since we reopened, but will be stepping up and helping back up Chef Anthony here in the coming months as he prepares to welcome two new babies into the Barnes house! Help us in showing Nick some love and appreciation for all that he makes happen in the kitchen here at All Steak!

July is over and we only have one more weekend before school starts. This weekend we are featuring a great dish prepared by Chef Anthony, Gulf blue crab cakes with maque Choux and sweet corn purée. This blue crab is fresh from the gulf on fresh local veggies! Make sure you come by and try out this great special tonight or make your reservation for lunch or dinner tomorrow!

All Steak is looking for a couple experienced, upbeat and self motivated Hosts or Hostesses available to work day and night shifts! If this sounds like you or someone you know please come by and apply in our lounge Tuesdays or Thursday’s from 2:00-3:30.
