ONE30 Network is seeking a Director of Operations to join our senior leadership team.

This is a mission-critical role for a servant leader who is passionate about transforming vision into action and helping our organization grow with excellence, accountability, and Christ-centered leadership.

The Director of Operations serves as the operational leader of ONE30 Network, working closely with the Executive Director and Board of Directors to lead day-to-day operations, develop leaders, strengthen organizational systems, and ensure our mission is carried out effectively and sustainably.

We are looking for someone who:
• Has proven senior leadership and operational experience
• Demonstrates strong financial and organizational leadership
• Thrives in developing teams and driving accountability
• Is deeply committed to Christian faith and ministry
• Leads with humility, wisdom, courage, and integrity

At ONE30 Network, our mission is to serve children impacted by generational poverty through Christ-centered programs and partnerships around the world. The Director of Operations plays a vital role in ensuring that vision becomes lasting impact.

A new chapter begins today in ONE30 Trade School Uganda 🇺🇬

Formerly known as Uganda Trade School Kakoma, we are excited to officially introduce our new name, new location, and new leadership as we reopen in Mbarara as ONE30 Trade School Uganda.

Today, parents of 18 students brought their child to report for the new term — a powerful reminder that lives, futures, and generations are being impacted through education, discipleship, and opportunity.

We are honored to welcome our new director, Ruth Katwesigye, whose leadership, ministry experience, and heart for mentoring young people will help guide this next season.

What began in Kakoma is renewed with fresh vision and purpose:
