Meet Jennifer Italiano!

Jennifer joined Faith Unleashed after helping with the Faith Unleashed: Utilizing Your Spiritual Gifts for Greater Kingdom Impact Bible study.

Jennifer has a heart for serving wherever she’s needed and helping others let the light of their faith shine.

We’re grateful to have Jennifer on our team!

Meet Colleen Webb!

Colleen has been part of the Faith Unleashed Consulting team since 2025, serving in administration, bookkeeping, communications, and website management.

After taking the S.H.A.P.E.D. to Serve class at her home church, Trinity, Colleen discovered her spiritual gifts and helped launch a ministry that facilitates short-term mission trips, giving others the opportunity to step outside their comfort zones and experience the joy of serving.

Today, Colleen is excited to be part of a team that helps churches discover, develop, and ignite their passion for serving in unique and meaningful ways.

Meet Paul and Amy Snamiska!

This dynamic duo go on the road and present the "S.H.A.P.E.D. to Serve" discovery workshop to help Christians discover how they personality, experiences and spiritual gifts are all how God uniquely designed him to serve and help build up his church.

Paul has served for 45 years in public ministry as a WELS teacher principal and Program Administrator for Christian Life Resources, and more. After graduating from college, Amy worked in management, leadership and sales roles. They both serve at Bethlehem in Menomonee Falls and Germantown, WI in the Member Ministry program and are excited to help others recognize their own spiritual gifts and serve as part of the body of Christ.

We’re back! After a little break we’re excited to reconnect and continue introducing you to the people who make Faith Unleashed Consulting possible.

We’re blessed by this team and the unique gifts each person brings to help churches unleash their ministry potential.
