🚨 Tropical Storm Isaias Update 🚨

Isaias is expected to become a hurricane before reaching the northern Gulf Coast late Friday or early Saturday. The biggest threat is storm surge, with 5–7 feet of flooding possible in parts of coastal Mississippi, Alabama, and the Florida Panhandle. Coastal flooding, dangerous waves, road closures, heavy rain, and a few tornadoes are also possible.

At this time, this is not expected to be a Helene-level inland event, though localized flash-flooding and wind damage is expected. Coastal residents should monitor local forecasts, follow evacuation orders if issued, and complete preparations now. Track changes could still affect impacts.

🔔 UPDATE: Ferry services from Ocracoke 🔔 island-mainland are back in action. This is a big step in the right direction! Weather permitting, supplies should start making their way onto the island ASAP. 🙌🏾

🚨 URGENT DISASTER RELIEF: OUTER BANKS NOR'EASTER 🚨

A severe nor’easter has washed out roads, bridges, and infrastructure across the Outer Banks, leaving entire communities stranded and completely cut off.

CURRENT GROUND SITUATION:
Depleted Supplies: Island food and fuel are exhausted; medical supplies are critically low.
Severe Delays: Road repairs will take weeks. Evacuation ferries are expected to be delayed until at least Tuesday.

Active Response: We are currently coordinating with pilots to clear air logistics and establish supply flights.

🚨 SEARCH UPDATE 9/18/26 3:44PM: LILLY BENNETT 🚨

Our teams have exhausted every current lead and available search capability in the West Columbia area.

While there were initially sightings believed to be Lilly, along with K9 scent trails supporting her presence, we now believe she may have left the area.

There are several possibilities surrounding Lilly’s whereabouts right now. Information and stories we are receiving are beginning to collide, and based on what has been uncovered throughout this search, we do believe Lilly may be in danger or at serious risk of danger.

Our ground teams will be departing West Columbia tonight. This does NOT mean we have given up on finding Lilly.

Lilly still has our full attention. We are simply at a standstill until additional information or investigative tips give our teams a new direction to search effectively. Our behind-the-scenes investigative work will continue.

PLEASE, if you see something, say something. If you hear something, tell us that too. Even something that seems insignificant could be the information that gives us our next lead.

🚨 UPDATE 9/18/26: SEARCH FOR LILLY BENNETT 🚨

Our team and Black River Search and Rescue Inc have remained actively searching today with K9s and drones, developing a further scent trail still lingering in the West Columbia area.

🐕 K9s hit at a local hotel. Teams were able to enter and investigate, but could not confirm Lilly was currently there.

The last reported sightings by locals were over 48 hours ago. Several posts containing false or unverified information are circulating Facebook. Please follow verified sources involved in the search, not pages looking for clicks.

As of 1:12 AM, drones are still in the sky. Our K9 teams are down for the night. Our concern is that Lilly may be moving elsewhere now that flyers and awareness have spread throughout the area.

Law enforcement in West Columbia has been a huge assistance, issued a BOLO earlier today, and continues actively searching as well.

🚨 UPDATE ON RHONDA “LILLY” BENNETT 🚨
09/16/2026: 10 days missing- 16 years old

Rescue Squad Inc. and Black River Search and Rescue currently have team members on the ground with dogs and drones in West Columbia exploring a lead connected to Lilly’s disappearance.

Law enforcement has spoken with the driver of the black vehicle previously mentioned and advised that the vehicle is not believed to be involved. The vehicle was captured in the same area at approximately 3:27 a.m., shortly after Lilly was last seen on camera in downtown Wagener around 3:25 a.m.

🐾 Today, search dogs tracked Lilly’s scent through downtown Wagener. Her scent ended in the same general area where she disappeared from camera view.

📍 Lilly’s last known phone activity occurred around 2:00 a.m. Based on the known timeline, our team has created a 60 mile radius map to help identify possible travel routes and areas of interest. This does not mean Lilly traveled the entire 60 miles.

📹 Cameras along the downtown Wagener route are being identified and checked. We are asking businesses and residents with exterior cameras to preserve footage from September 6 between 3:00 a.m. and 4:00 a.m., especially cameras facing Railroad Avenue, Main Street, parking areas, intersections and routes leading out of town.

🚨 UPDATED TIMELINE | MISSING JUVENILE RHONDA “LILLY” BENNETT, 16 🚨
📍 Wagener, South Carolina | Missing since September 6, 2026

As The Rescue Squad continues assisting with Lilly’s case with her family’s permission, we are sharing the known timeline surrounding her disappearance. Some details remain under investigation and are identified as reported information.

BEFORE HER DISAPPEARANCE

• On September 5th, Lilly posted a TikTok thread containing screenshots of messages with her ex-boyfriend regarding Lilly’s allegation that she had been r***d by a man he referred to as his “uncle.”

• In the screenshots, her ex reportedly wrote, “Tryna blame my uncle for ra**ng you.” Lilly responded that the man had r***d her and indicated she had previously confided in her ex because she believed no one would believe her.

• The exchange also reportedly contained hostile comments and a statement that he would tell Lilly’s mother things Lilly had not told her.

SEPTEMBER 6

• 12:00–2:00 AM: Lilly was active on TikTok and Snapchat.

• Approx. 2:02 AM: Last known cellular/data activity.

• Approx. 2:55 AM: Her Life360/location sharing stopped.

• Approx. 3:00 AM: Surveillance reportedly shows the kitchen light at her residence coming on.

• Approx. 3:20 AM: Surveillance reportedly shows Lilly climbing out of her bedroom window carrying only a purse. She did not take a phone charger.

• Lilly appeared to head toward downtown Wagener. Her mother later walked the route, which took approximately 4 minutes and 16 seconds to reach the downtown benches.

• The last area where Lilly would have been visible along that route was reportedly near the stop sign at the end of the fence/in front of the playground.

• Approx. 3:27 AM: A nearby business camera reportedly captured a black vehicle traveling through the area.

• Approx. 3:45 AM: Another camera reportedly captured the same or a similar black vehicle traveling back in the opposite direction.

• Available surveillance reportedly does not show Lilly continuing on foot through Wagener’s only traffic light, despite her appearing to head toward town.

NOTE LEFT BEHIND

• After Lilly disappeared, her mother found a handwritten note on Lilly’s bed. Lilly wrote that she needed a “reality break,” feared being hated, bullied or blamed, referenced information becoming known that she had been r***d, and said she was going to Rock Hill to “figure it out.” She promised she would return and told her family she loved them.

⚠️ The information regarding Lilly’s sexual-assault allegation is being shared as part of the documented circumstances preceding her disappearance. Its inclusion does not accuse her ex-boyfriend, the person referenced in the messages, or anyone else of involvement in her disappearance.
