Trying out recipe for the St. Charles Punch. The added absinthe is barely noticeable, but it's a nice addition that really enhances the flavors of the port. Cheers!

Successfully used chickpea water for the first time to make a whiskey sour. I'm pleased with the results, and there's no real discernible flavor.

Tequila tasting continued today .sf It is a beautiful space with a great rooftop view of the bay. Their menu and cocktail list are inspired by the flavors and ingredients of Latin America. Go check it out!

Had a great time tasting some tequilas for the new book. If you are every in Ghirardelli Square, definitely check them out. The menu and drinks looked great.
