Instead of music to our ears, concrete pours are like candy to a GC’s eyes especially when it’s 2 foundation slabs!

Preparing for final inspections & the new owner’s. One is already sold but one is left!

For New Construction or Renovations

A final inspection is performed by the city or county building department to make sure the work complies with building codes before issuing:

* A Certificate of Occupancy (CO)
* Final permit approval

Inspectors may check:

* Electrical
* Plumbing
* HVAC
* Structural safety
* Smoke detectors
* Handrails
* Drainage
* Overall code compliance

I promise you the palm trees 🌴 on each sides of the drive way is sending us!! We went a little crazy on the landscape but it’ll be so worth it when the new owners (whoever they are) gets a load of it!!
