Crepe Escape

Today marks the inaugural venture with Crepe Escape Food Vendor at the Old Spanish Trail Fall Festival. We will remain on-site today until 6 P.M. this evening, providing a diverse selection of sweet and savory crepes, pasta dishes paired with chicken or sausage, sodas, and ice cream. We have expanded our payment options to include cards, in addition to cash. We cordially invite you to visit our location and indulge in our culinary offerings. We are a worthwhile experience.

To all, please be advised that Crepe Escape will be setting up at the American Legion Post 75 on Hwy 90, commencing June 4, 2026. Our operating hours will be Thursdays from 3PM to 8PM and Sundays from 11AM to 6PM. As part of our soft opening, our menu will initially comprise of 2 sweet dessert crepes, 2 savory crepe sandwiches, and 2 side dishes. We plan to expand our offerings as we move forward. Due to technical constraints, we will only be able to accept cash payments until our POS system is fully functional.. The Post has an ATM on the premises for your convenience. Good morning. We are delighted to announce our official launch. Our first event will be the Summer Festival on June 6th, at the Old Spanish Trail Amphitheater, Crestview FL from 10 am to 6 pm. We are thrilled to begin our Food Truck journey.

New update from the new owners on when we will be up and running. We are almost ready to be in business. Waiting on our final inspection then we can be in business! Keep checking our site for updates.

Good morning Crepe Escape followers: My husband, Alan, and I, Vickie Carr, along with Ed and De Anne Hoag, are the new veteran-owned and operated proprietors of Crepe Escape. We will continue to offer the menu that Jason and Linda have established, with a few new additions. We are excited to start this new chapter and continue the tradition of quality and freshness that Jason and Linda have built. We are currently not open, but we will be after May. Please continue to follow our website for updates on our opening date and location.

Jason and I have passed on the torch of Crepe Escape. It now has new owners, Alan, Ed, Vicky, and son. We are glad to say that Crepe Escape will now be veteran owned and operated. They plan to continue the same menu, and we’re sure they will make it their own.

Jason and I have enjoyed our time with Crepe Escape and giving our communities fresh and quality flavors. We are proud of the work we have done. And look forward to being able to attend some events we once served.

Hey great escape fans will be at food truck Friday in Defuniak Springs for the Christmas reflections grinch themed food truck Friday. We will be there tonight from 5 PM to 8 PM we look forward to seeing everyone look for the green lights on our truck. Come try out something on our new menu. I recommend the Cajun steak pasta. It's delicious and the sauce is made from scratch.

We will have our Robotic Reis and Irvy's Mobile Frozen Yogurt Trailer at the Fall Festival in Crestview tomorrow. Come see us on Wilson Avenue next to BIG BEAR BBQ ARK and I want to give my appreciation to Barry at Big Bear BBQ for his help in making this happen.
