On my previous post, I commented on the experience of shared emotions from for Our Lady Of Victory Catholic church ⛪️ directory. Once the “official” portraits are done, that is when mutual expressions of God’s Love within the family are frozen into eternity for our love ones. The love 💕 among couples, young, elderly, or those who have passed and we still love in Christ. The love of siblings, the moments of just being ourselves, or the expression of our quiet moments. I’m so blessed for the trust among these friends to show in pictures a little more than just the “classic” pose.

For the next two months, I’m taking portraits for Our Lady Of Victory Catholic church ⛪️ directory. Yes, these are your “classic” but it is also a visual expression of God’s Love 💕 in our parish. Some people have not taken anything other than a selfie 🤳 in the last few years, those also capture special moments but sometimes the sentiment is forced into the picture. Taking the pictures is part of the task, the most important task for me is for people to see what a masterpiece they are in God’s eyes and as a family. Through the process of building the church directory we get to know each other much more closely. We get to know each other’s names not just faces. Social media has its purpose but this is more personal for everyone. The portraits? They just complement the sense of community.

Although this is not a full silhouette of this lovely ☺️ couple, I absolutely love the sun highlights surrounding them. I opted to open up the shadows because dimly revealing them speaks volumes of the great love 💕 they share. Many blessings to them!

What an awesome family to meet and enjoy capturing them outdoors! I was grateful of having my to complement the images with some bright colors and matching the warmth of the sun with a gels and softbox on a Tag to be featured! 📸 Q4 strobe

These are highlights of a beautiful and fun event for Mothers, Grandmothers, Aunties, Daughters, Granddaughters, and friends. It was fun to capture details, casuals, and group portraits with bright colors to match the mood.

☔️☀️ This was a beautiful Catholic Wedding 💒 with an unexpected environmental twist…rain…lots of it. No problem, we captured beautiful moments at a gorgeous venue Live Oak Plantation and a see through umbrella 🌂 plus a wonderful and adventurous couple to match. Thank you Sarah & Ethan for being so awesome 👏🏽
