Last week I finished my 6th Spartan Obstacle Course Race of the year. I like to say my daughter drug me into the sport of OCR but the truth is I've come to really enjoy it. OCR racing keeps me focused on my health and gives me a reason to exercise.

As I was working my way through the course the second day, I started to think how much OCR has in common with being a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). Finishing a Spartan Race takes Training, Experience and Perseverance. You can make it over the line with some minimal preparation but for true success you need these 3 key attributes. CCIM's are the Gold Standard among Commercial Real Estate Professionals.

CCIM's have specialized training in commercial real estate and are tried and proven practitioners in their field. Wether you are buying, selling or trading a investment property a CCIM can help you, minimize your risk, maximize your return and make better informed investment decisions.

Through a lot of training, experience and absolute perseverance my daughter Kaitlyn finish 3rd in her age group in the Spartan Race USNS this year. For me I'm healthier, happier and stronger.
