OK y’all that’s it! We’re sold out for the day and we will be prepping tonight for a really big catering day tomorrow! Thank you everybody who came out in support of this year and look forward to us very soon in a new trailer,  on the move !!!! Keep up with all of our socials to know where we are and what we’re doing. We have a lot of fun stuff going on and we can’t wait to see you soon ! 

We are growing!!!!!! I repeat, Culinary Rejects is growing!!!!!

It has been an amazing three months and we had no idea we would get to where we are so quickly.
The time is come for us to expand to a BIGGER TRAILER!!

I narrowed it down to a few options and will be picking one up next week! However, this will come with a few changes to our regular schedule. Culinary Rejects mobile i.e., the food trailer and it’s normal spot will have his last day at the old car wash in North Crestview today, but don’t fret we will be back soon! Due to a gap in licensing, we will be doing only catering for the next six weeks😢
Now this may sound disappointing at first, but it’s just a part of our unexpectedly growth process!

There’s a few things to keep in mind as we get ready for this next season:

We will still be available for a catering! We are in the process of obtaining a ghost kitchen for all of our offsite events. Feel free to reach out to us via social media or personal contacts, if you have them .

 We have an upcoming collaboration with a local food bank and we are really excited! Be on the lookout very soon for that information. We love this community and are looking forward to being able to connect and give back in new ways!!

It’s no secret that I love brunch!

This break in our day-to-day life is giving us time to focus on our upcoming opportunities within the community and as Culinary Rejects! As we secure our new location be on the lookout for some exciting news!

I think of it as a kind of a reunion! Same flavors, same faces , same fun!!! (cooks,servers,certain short bearded man crush…. be ready because the phone call is coming….)

Come see us at our normal spot in North Crestview next to Local Drip coffee as we close out one chapter and get ready for our exciting new future!!!!

HAPPY EASTER 🐰

Don’t let a little bit of precipitation keep you away! We’re getting set up for dinner service tonight and it’s going to be a good one. We have a regular menu plus a couple specials. The always popular Catfish Coubion will be on the menu till we run out . Crispy fried Louisiana catfish that’s on top is a cheddar cheese grits with smoked collard greens and a tomato court-boullion won’t last long!

Our second special will be a little bit of a departure from the norm! We’re calling it, South x Southeast ribs . Southern style baby back ribs, that get a southeast Asian treatment! We slow braised the smoked ribs with dried shiitake and shallots, until they were fall off the bone tender and brushed with a Thai basil glaze. Paired with Miso macaroni and cheese with garlic crunch and a super fresh southern style, cucumber salad with red onions tossed with Yuzu rice vinegar. this one is so good y’all!

Dinner starts at five and runs until 8 o’clock. Keep up with our social media to see where we’re going to be this weekend because we’re ready to hit the road and start moving around some!

We are gearing up for dinner starting at 5-8 tonight!! We will be serving our catfish Joe boy, pimento cheese bacon burger, catfish Coubion, and our full regular meal !! Did we mention some sweet live music from That Guy On The Keys?? Can’t wait to see everyone!!
