When I think back to how I started, I only wanted to manage 5-10 homes and focus on sales. I wanted to be well rounded and learn all sides of the house to help the team.

When a book of properties fell in my lap, I fell in love. Something I swore I would never do- property management. I walked away from sales.

When I chose to join a new brokerage and start over I walked away and started over with 4 properties. Over the next few months I worked hard and through all- I am super thankful to that team who taught me so much.

But I’m glad I took a leap of faith on me. I partnered with Jacqui Luberto and Matt to open the doors of ONE Family.

We haven’t been perfect- but we have worked hard to change the industry- ONE home at a time.

I wouldn’t be here without the trials and errors, the losses and the wins, and AMAZING clients, team members, vendors, guidance, and fellow leadership.

This past year I have worked more quietly since losing my daughter. I’ve worked with more intention than ever… and I’m just getting started.

When there is no power in a home and you have a tenant moving in…. You go back loaded up with headlamps and lights to help the cleaner get the home ready.
Yes, it is after midnight. Yes, we were inspecting all day.
You do what you gotta do.

Love moments when owners want to thank a tenant for renewing their lease and taking care of their home. Year 2 of being able to create a gift for these tenants and being given the creative freedom to make it special!
