▪️⚾️ make sure your cage work involves takes: the cage is always seen as a great place to get a lot of swings in during a short period of time, and improve swing mechanics. coaches throwing BP often get in rhythms and throw the ball in the same spot at the same speed. while this allows hitters to build repeatable mechanics and confidence, it is not realistic for baseball especially at the elite levels. in game situations, yes it is important to have swing mechanics, but it’s just as important to know when to swing and when not to swing. pitchers aren’t pitching machines. they are trying to get you out, not throw the ball where you can take a perfect swing every-time.⚾️▪️

▪️we did a chicken crust pizza last night for cheat night. will definitely be going at it again soon. pretty simple to make as well▫️500g of ground chicken (we used pre-made chicken patties from Publix) + 1/4 cup of flour (oat, almond coconut) + 1tsp of garlic salt: combine these three ingredients to form the crust. roll out into a pizza pan and bake at 425 for 20-30 minutes. ▪️let crust cool and then make your pizza. top with tomato sauce, shredded mozzarella, and then pizza toppings (we did onions, bell peppers, mushrooms, jalapeños, tomatoes, and pre seared ground venison). add a little extra cheese loving on top and put it back into the oven for 10-15 minutes.▫️very low carb, moderate fat and high protein option for a pizza. for the entire pizza I’d say about 100-120g protein 30-40g fat 20-30g carbs. easily serves 3-4 people.▫️

▪️💪2026 downloading. will turn 35 later this year. 5’7” 179lbs. 164lbs of lean muscle mass. 15lbs of fat at 8.9% body fat and the biological age of a 25 year old. ▪️and no i don’t take steroids or testosterone or hgh or any hormone enhancement, nor will i ever. i take creatine and drink a couple protein shakes a week. i eat clean six days a week, i enjoy some wine, cookie dough, and pizza on saturday night. i focus on high intensity training 6 days a week targeting back, bis, tris, chest, shoulder and legs 2 days a week training each group 16-20 FAILURE sets a week and walk 15,000 steps each day. ▪️there is no negotiation on my workouts. i must have it and i will not skip a day. i stack days on top of each other and do not look to cut corners, or excuses not to workout. i AWAKEN each day and carry water to the top of the mountain. i do not set goals or strive to reach a goal, i journey each day and know that by going on the journey each day is the goal.▪️in 2026 may you enjoy yours’ 💪▪️
