My name is Emily Nelms. I am the owner of Morning Watch Wellness, LLC- a Behavioral Health & Wellness Consulting business. I’m a fire wife and a mama to one dog & two small humans. I’m a lover of Jesus and someone very passionate about all areas of wellness.

I have over 15 years of experience in the Fire Service. 🚒
From private Fire Investigation, to Codes Enforcement, to Volunteer & Career Firefighting, I have worn a few hats.
For the past 5 years, it has been my privilege to coordinate the Behavioral Health & Wellness Program for a medium size Fire Department in Middle Tennessee.

Morning Watch Wellness exists to help Peers support Peers, to assist organizations in supporting their greatest asset, to strengthen individuals, marriages & families, and to help you live your happiest & healthiest life.

Light can be found even in the darkest of places.

It is with grateful hearts that we officially introduce Bearers of the Covenant, a marriage ministry of Bearers of the Oath.

It has been the desire of our hearts to intentionally pour into marriages both within the fire service and beyond. We have witnessed firsthand the unique challenges that first responders and their families face, and we believe strong marriages are essential to strong families, strong ministries, and strong communities.

Out of that desire, Bearers of the Covenant was born.

Established by Holly and Jason Painter, Bearers of the Covenant exists to strengthen, restore, and equip marriages through biblical discipleship, authentic fellowship, and covenant accountability. We believe marriage is a sacred covenant established by God and designed to reflect Christ's love for His Church.

Whether you serve in the fire service or simply desire a Christ-centered marriage, our prayer is that couples will find encouragement, support, and community as we walk alongside one another.

Together, we seek to build marriages that honor God, withstand life's challenges, and leave a legacy of faith for future generations.
