Big structural upgrade completed.

Our crew completed a column relocation and support modification to improve the existing structure while keeping everything aligned and reinforced for long-term durability.

✔️ Installed new W8x31 column
✔️ Added HDG anchors & structural hardware
✔️ Welded beam stiffeners to existing W18 beam
✔️ Framed, anchored, and poured grout pedestal
✔️ Returning after cure to remove existing column and pier

Our team recently completed a custom-fabricated aluminum awning, designed with a durable square tube and angle frame for long-term performance and a clean, modern look. This structure is securely anchored to a concrete slab and professionally flashed to the existing building for a seamless, weather-tight finish.

From fabrication to installation, every detail was built with strength, function, and precision in mind.
