One of our trainers, Gavin Guidry, shares a tip on how to prepare for :

“A simple and effective way to get in shape for the race is to try tempo runs at a 1:3 ration for 10 sets. Run at a fast pace for 30 seconds and then jog or walk at a slow pace for 1.5 minutes. As the race gets closer, try adding sets to your routine or add time to each set!”
