"Can we make a dream reality
or do we still have too far left to reach?
Perhaps...
Perhaps there's just not more that we can do;
I'll worry about me
and you worry about you;
perhaps we just keep living as before;
there's no need to try for something more.
Perhaps there's just not more to life than this,
and it's futile dreaming of another wish.
Perhaps I just don't know what words to say,
but we can make a change today:
To look each other in the eye;
that's when we realize
humanity belongs to us all,
to give more than we take;
to build up words of truth and make
a new beginning;
to listen more than we speak,
live in humility;
