Thank you to Cottage Grove Garbage for sponsoring bull riding at the 76th Annual Cottage Grove Rodeo on July 10th and 11th. Barrel Racers ages 14-18 The Cottage Grove Rodeo would like to invite you to enter the Saturday night Jr. Barrel racer qualifiers at the 76th annual Cottage Grove Rodeo on Saturday July 11th.

If you're planning to enter, be sure to sign up early—this division fills up fast! There are only 20 spots available each night. These young competitors will run at 4:00 PM with the goal of posting one of the five fastest times and earning an invitation to return during the main rodeo performance.

Those top qualifiers will have the opportunity to run under the big lights in front of a cheering crowd, all with their eyes set on winning a Champion or Reserve Champion buckle—a reward that reflects the hard work, dedication, and partnership they have built with their equine teammates.

Thank you again to Jessica McMahon owner of Fast Cash Barrel Horses for helping promote and support the next generation of barrel racers and Wagon Wheel Feed located in Creswell. Wagon Wheel has reduced presale tickets for the rodeo in stock now and while you are there be sure to check out their selection of quality new and used tack and saddles!!

The Cottage Grove Riding Club arena will be closed tonight from 6pm till 8pm but will reopen tomorrow morning.

Lane and Lindsey are much more than sponsors—they are hardworking members of the Cottage Grove Riding Club and play a huge role in producing the Cottage Grove Rodeo each year. From painting and repairing bleachers, mowing fields, working the arena, and helping install new pens, to countless other behind-the-scenes jobs, they are always willing to lend a hand.
During the rodeo, you'll find Lane in the arena helping get the kids safely loaded on their stock in the chutes, while Lindsey is busy organizing riders and getting them lined up and ready to go. Once the kids' events are finished, Lindsey continues volunteering her time in the Snack Shack.

Friday night Steer Riding entries are now open!

A huge thank you goes out to Chuck and Tina Collins of Maple Creek Ranch for everything they do to support our rodeo youth. Their contributions go far beyond sponsorships. Chuck can often be found in the chutes sharing his rodeo knowledge, encouraging young riders, and helping them build confidence in and out of the arena.

Tina is also a dedicated board member of the Yoncalla Rodeo and works tirelessly behind the scenes to support the sport she loves. Whether she's handling paperwork, carrying the American Flag during grand entry, or helping to keep things running smoothly, her commitment to rodeo is unmatched.

Chuck and Tina truly love the sport of rodeo and the next generation of competitors who will carry it forward.
