Join us this December 1-5th at

An important part of this retreat is reconnecting with intuitive eating, the ability to listen to the body’s natural signals when we are feeling well, rested, and balanced. When stress and external rules fall away, we can access a clearer sense of hunger, satisfaction, and what truly supports us in the moment.

Participants are guided to notice how different foods make them feel, to eat with attention and curiosity, and to trust their inner cues rather than habits or expectations. This approach supports a more relaxed, confident relationship with food that extends well beyond the retreat.

To support this state of ease and connection, the retreat incorporates guided art (flower dying and clay work) by and movement workshops by alongside the nourishment through food workshops and cooking experiences lead by myself

Flowers have a way of making us pause, smile, and appreciate the moment.

Bringing flower petals into your kitchen is an easy way to add beauty to the table and joy to everyday cooking.

Handcrafted with delicate edible flower petals and a coarse Celtic sea salt, it adds a sense of celebration to everything!

This week I found the perfect nectarines and some dinosaur kale on the farmers market.

You really don’t need much for a delicious, in season salad.

Topped it with some sliced almonds and dressed it with our Sunny Avocado dressing.

Have a great weekend!

Kids, teens and adults agree that our YUP!Please Real Food Dressing is the kind of dressing you want to drink straight from the bottle.

Our certified organic YUP!Please is mild, yet craveable, and packed with freshness that somehow makes everyone ask for extra. But the best part is that it doesn’t just taste good… it’s actually good for you.

It was so much fun to work on this shoot with - watch out for more posts coming soon featuring her photography.

We are excited to share some more information on WHO is going to teach and WHAT we will be doing during the turnTables retreat at Dec 1-5th 2026.

These modalities help participants step out of the thinking mind and into the body, senses, and present moment. Through simple creative expression and mindful movement, participants soften control, release tension, and build trust in their intuition. Each practice reinforces the others, when we nurture creativity through art, awareness through movement, and nourishment through food, we strengthen the same internal pathways.

This will be an incredible experience! We hope you join us - registration is OPEN.
