Learn about your bladder health at this free workshop on women’s health and women’s pelvic health.

Come attend it and learn things every woman should know about her body especially during pregnancy, postpartum and menopause.

This will also be your opportunity to directly ask any health questions to a specialist.

If you know women in your lives (friends, family, work colleagues, women’s social groups) who could benefit from this then please share this info with them. You never know who may be suffering in silence thinking there is no help or solution for them.

Pain with s*x?

Pain with OBGYN exam?

Pain with tampon insertion?

You are not alone.

This ☝️is someone who had extremely painful s3x (everytime) since her childbirth 14 years ago. In just 2 sessions, she is improving and starting to feel better.

You don’t have to suffer in silence.

Feel free to text me @ (214)210-0715 if you want to find out if I can help you.

When your patients are your biggest supporters!

It made my day to get this screenshot from one of my past patients who always refers all her friends and family to me. And that’s the best compliment a clinician can receive.

I am forever grateful for the trust my patients show in my care. ❤️

So glad this women’s health topic is finally getting the much deserved attention and people are openly discussing it.

Any woman who has had pregnancy, childbirth and any abdomino-pelvic surgeries should automatically be referred to pelvic floor rehab with a specialized physical therapist. Even more important after c-section.

Even if it has been years since you had kids, you still should go for pelvic floor rehab (with a specialist PT) at your earliest to work on lingering issues (back pain/sciatica/neckpain/pelvic pain/bladder problems/constipation to name a few) and to prevent many uro-gynecological problems as you age.

Feel free to DM me if you have any questions.

Thank you GenX Adulting for bringing attention to such an important topic.

Glad to see a surgeon acknowledge the importance of rehab in the success of any orthopedic surgery as well in preventing the surgery in the first place.

I hope more OBGYNs and doctors start discussing the importance of pelvic rehab in the treatment and prevention of chronic orthopedic problems (back, neck, hip, knee pain) as well as pelvic problems (bowel, bladder, s*xual problems) ESPECIALLY IN WOMEN!

(For ladies only)

Somatic myofascial massage is a slow, intentional form of bodywork that helps release tension in muscles and fascia—the connective tissue around them.

“Somatic” means we focus on how your body feels from the inside, not just treating symptoms. It helps calm the nervous system, improve posture, and reduce chronic pain by gently guiding the body to release held tension.
