Winter Storm Warnings: Heavy snow (7–11″) expected in eastern NY including portions of western Ulster and eastern Dutchess counties from Tuesday morning through early Wednesday.
Winter Weather Advisories: Surrounding counties may see 3–6″ of snow, making Tuesday commutes hazardous.
